What to expect.
- 1 Attorney review. Sign the contract, then send it to us — Illinois contracts include an attorney review period where we can still fix problem terms.
- 2 Between contract and closing. We resolve inspection issues, clear title, and prepare the documents while you plan the move.
- 3 Closing day. We attend the closing, explain what you're signing, and make sure funds and keys change hands correctly.
